HousingConnections.org was launched by the City of Portland a few years ago, with support from jurisdictions around the region making the service available completely free of charge across Clackamas, Clark, Multnomah, and Washington Counties.
It's not a top-down list but a fully searchable database of residential units for sale and for rent in the Portland / Vancouver market. All use of the site is free!

The Fair Housing Council (FHCO) became involved with the site via a grant with the City of Portland to help spread the word about the site to housing providers.
We’ve been impressed with the site’s premise and success for quite some time and it is our goal to help you make effective use of this great resource!
The HousingConnections.org model has been so successful at serving housing providers, consumers, and housing agencies the program has been replicated and implemented in local markets around the country.
