Youth across the City of Salem are invited to participate in a community art project to celebrate Fair Housing Month! Join the Fair Housing Council of Oregon at the Salem Public Library on Friday, April 7 (10am-4pm), and Saturday, April 8 (10am-4pm). Youth are invited to participate in creating a community quilt, commemorating this year’s Fair Housing month theme: “Community Includes All of Us.” Following this event, the squares will be assembled into a community quilt to be displayed at FHCO’s outreach events. This is a family-friendly event that will help children learn more about their civil rights. All are welcome!
