With the HB 2001 deadline looming, cities across the State of Oregon are completing years of work to update their regulations to allow for more housing choice in areas traditionally zoned only for very low-density housing. The Department of Land Conservation and Development hosts an informal lunch ‘n’ learn session to learn about the statewide roll-out of middle housing and to discuss what happens next. Hear from Anne Catlin (City of Albany), Mary Phillips (City of Gresham), and Dustin Nilsen (City of Hood River) as they share their unique approaches and challenges to the task of ending exclusive single-family zoning in their communities.
